Oduwa has been involved in real estate since 2016.
He is presently invested as general partner in 910 apartment units in Florida and is poised to expand his portfolio to various key markets across the United States.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and has over 10 years of experience in the construction and commissioning of Electric Power utility infrastructure in the United States.

Andrew Jarret

Andrew is a native of Western New York, where he was part of numerous profitable redevelopment opportunities on single family homes. Andrew founded a property management company which managed over 140 multi and single family units in 2005. Andrew currently holds several hundred rental units in this market with in place management and maintenance teams.
Andrew is also currently a general partner on multiple apartment syndication deals, amassing several hundred units, located in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA.
